The data journalism Teachers & Trainers’ Day embraces offers for those working with mid-career training as well as those teaching journalism students. Meet some of the most experienced data journalism trainers and lecturers from Europe and the US to learn from and network with. This year the day will both address practical questions for the seminar room such as ‘how to divide time between lectures and exercises’, ‘how to create efficient exercises’ or ‘how to collaborate with newsrooms’. But it will also address more structural questions such as ‘how to share and learn from syllabi’ or ‘how data journalism trainers and lecturers in Europe exchange best practice’.
